WEE. Another deconstructed shirt :) This time I cut up the sleeves of a thrifted boyfriend polo, and had my favorite “sastre” (seamstress) take it in a little so that it fits me just right! These DIY (in this case DIY-ish) things excite me, they really do! Also made a bow tie out of an old neck tie of mine :) I love making things, last week I made more feather earrings for my friends...

Went with my mom to an awarding ceremony today. She was awarded Best School Administrator 2011 by the Business Achievement and Recognition Awards. It’s been the second year in a row that she was awarded by BARA :) So proud of you, Mama!! :*
